Remove Poison Hemlock from Your Property [Weed Management]
Hemlock, a poisonous plant introduced to the US from Europe, is highly toxic and fatal. It grows in shaded areas with moist soil and produces white flowers in umbel shapes. To treat this weed, wear full PPE coverage and apply a post-emergent herbicide like 2,4-D Amine or Eraser 41% Glyphosate. Spot treat weeds to the point of wet, but not runoff, and make followups as necessary. After the weed has been eliminated from your property, monitor for further activity and immediately treat newly sprouted plants as you find them.
