Full Body Workout | Intermediate Kettlebell Flow Circuit
Give these three Kettlebell Flows a try for your next unconventional workout!
No matter which body part you're focussing on, Kettlebells work the body as a whole, meaning you get 'free' gains! This is due to the Kettlebell's ballistic qualities and the need for total body activation throughout each movement, in turn, switching on the stabiliser muscles that tend to get forgotten about when doing regular bodybuilding/strength training.
Use this circuit as your complete workout (around 45 minutes to complete), or incorporate it into your regular training to mix things up and focus on your strength and mobility.
KETTLEBELL FLOW 1:
Double KB Deadlift to Single Arm Clean to Squat Thruster (6 Reps, Alt.)
KETTLEBELL FLOW 2:
Single KB Deadlift to Horn Clean & Squat to Single Arm Clean to Swing Snatch (6 Reps, Alt.)
KETTLEBELL FLOW 3:
KB Dead Clean to Figure 8 Hold to Swing Snatch to Windmill (6 Reps)
(3 ROUNDS, 90 SECONDS REST IN BETWEEN ROUNDS)
