Hey guys ive been getting ALOT of request to do a nice stretching routine (for beginners) so I came up with a basic routine for you all to follow there many benefits with you stretch often PREVENTS INJURIES , SLEEP BETTER, DIGEST FOOD BETTER MORE ENERGY etc! i recommend this routine to EVERYONE!! BOTH MEN & WOMEN

1.TOE TOUCH STRETCH
2. UPWARD STRETCH
3.CROSS STRETCH
4. WARROR STRETCH
5.TRICEP STRETCH
6. CHILDS POSE
7. CAT STRETCH
8. DOWNWARD FACING DOG
9.SIDE TWIST
(HOLD EACH POSITION FOR 20 SECS INHALE / EXHALE THRU TRANSITION)
