Hey guys happy #motivationmonday here is an awesome workout for guys to get moving NO WEIGHTS or EQUIPMENT involved!! 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
15 high knees 🔸️
10 side shuffle 🔹️
10 but kicks into sqaut 🔸️
15 rotation squats🔹️
10 shoulder tap Crawl outs 🔸️
15 in and outs🔹️
15 stationary sit up 🔸️
15 side oblique kicks 🔹️
10 mountain climbers into plank
for 3 to 4 sets
10 to 15 seconds rest between each workout
