This routine is dedicated to the MIGHTY Zulu warrior "SHAKA ZULU" of the ZULU TRIBE it will test your might and drive you towards greatness

5 muscle-ups
10 2 pump burpees (3 SETS)
25 pullups
25 chin-ups
50 JUMP SQUATS
20 180 squats
50 dips
100 pushups

After breaking his arm three times during childhood and suffering severe nerve damage, doctors shared that Scott Bernard would never be able to play sports again. The thought of physical activity was a huge risk at amputation as per the doctor’s orders.
