This routine is dedicated to the MIGHTY Zulu warrior "SHAKA ZULU" of the ZULU TRIBE it will test your might and drive you towards greatness

FULL BODY! calisthenics workout
the routine is
5 muscle-ups
10 2 pump burpees (3 SETS)
25 pullups
25 chin-ups
50 JUMP SQUATS
20 180 squats
50 dips
100 pushups
(IN 20 MINUTES )
