大家好 今天我做一個"香菇雞腿飯", 這隻雞腿是中午煮飯的時候留下來的, 有6隻浸泡過的小花菇, 如果是大的用3隻就可以了, 2米杯白米, 大約是300克, 1條甘筍, 少許薑。這隻雞腿今早已經洗淨, 磨少許薑汁醃雞腿, 適量鹽, 少許胡椒粉, 少許糖, 少許紹興酒, 醃大約15分鐘。甘筍削不削皮也可以, 甘筍冬菇切幼粒, 切些少薑米, 甘筍冬菇和米一齊煮, 下適量鹽, 少許油 拌勻, 通常是一份米加一份水, 您們因應米量加水, 放一個蒸架, 雞腿放蒸架上, 按電飯煲煮飯鍵, 煮完後等5分鐘才開, 嘩 這隻雞腿好香啊, 喜歡的可以抹少許芝麻油, 給小朋友吃可以整個雞腿上碟, 給老人家的可以起骨切開。
