Riga Latvia | First Impressions

Our first day in Riga and we were most impressed with this interesting and varied city. We spend the day getting to know the old, medieval town and the city centre, visiting the major sights and getting a good feel for this laid back, understated place (The Art Nouveau district is definitely NOT understated but that is for the following video!)

Come with us on a walking tour around Riga and check out this amazing place to visit.

Some of the famous sights of Riga we visit are :- Riga Castle, Daugava River, The House of The Blackheads, The Powder Tower, The Cat House.

And as we often do, we finish the day by sampling a few of the excellent Latvian beers!
