Vilnius Lithuania | Gediminas Hill & The Highlights Of The Old Town

Exploring the beautiful sights of the old town of Vilnius. As every day that goes by of our extended stay in Vilnius, we find more and more wonderful and interesting aspects of this city.

In this video we climb to the summit of Gediminas hill to enjoy the amazing views of Vilnius from the top. We then explore the back streets of the old town Vilnius and look in on the Presidential Palace, The Gates of Dawn, The Bastion of the Vilnius Defensive Wall and admire some of it's other impressive buildings.

Vilnius is a joy to explore. It is compact and fascinating, with an intriguing history. Our one week planned stay turned into 17 days, we enjoyed it that much! Check out our other Vilnius videos to find out what else there is to discover in this fabulous city.
