Landing in Cancun (a couple of days in Tulum) 🇲🇽

I traveled to Cancun and tended up in Tulum every weekend, almost, fifteen years ago, and used to loved! Flying from the bustling NYC every week, and finding peace, beach, surf and sand, starring nights, sea turtles laying their eggs, seeing the baby turtles hatch and head to the sea, partying… and then, all stopped. Tourism, the “instagram generation”, the high prices, the cabaña I used to rent for $25.00/nite, now costs you £250.00, and the quiet now it’s a disaster! The place, Tulum, became a tourist trap, with its high prices, bad services, traffic, crowds, music, blasts and crime…. i came for one last time, to see if there’s anything good left …
