WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Semolina Sweet Recipe | Suji Cham Cham Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee 2 tsp
Suji/ semolina 1/2 cup
Roast for 5 min low flame
Sugar 1/4 cup
Mix well
Milk 2 cup
Keep stirring
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder
Water absorbs
Transfer to a greased plate
Let it cool for 5 mins
Grease hands with ghee
Cylinder shape
Stream it for 7-10 mins
Coat with desiccated coconut

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
