TODAY'S RECIPE IS I added condensed milk with banana and dates, the result was so tasty!
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
Seedless dates 10 pieces
Condensed milk 1/3 cup
Blend until smooth
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
7 inch mould
Brush oil
Place baking powder
Place the mould in a preheated pan
Cook it on medium flame for 30-40 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
