WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS The best eggless bread pudding recipe I've ever made! Simple and quick to make!
INGREDIENTS:
4 bread slices
Cut into small pieces
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Blend until smooth
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Agar agar powder 2 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Mix well
Keep stirring
vanilla 1 tsp
Cook for 5 mins
6 inch mould
Pour mixture
Wait for 5 mins
Nuts on top
Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
