TODAY'S RECIPE IS Grapes like you've never seen them before! Grapes dessert recipe | Grapes halwa | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Grapes half kilo
Wash well
Blend
Strain
Grape juice 1 & 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Green food color (optional)
Mix well
Keep aside
7 inch pan
Grease ghee
Pistachios
Melon seeds
Keep aside
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
Add grape juice mixture
Keep stirring on medium flame
Thick consistency
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cook for 5-7 mins
Ghee 1 tbsp
Again cook for 5 mins
Sticky and thick consistency
Spread evenly
Let it cool down

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
