TODAY'S RECIPE IS 15 Mins Malai Cake in Frypan | Super Soft and Spongy Malai Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
Vanilla 1 tsp
Beat for 1 min
Sugar 1/4 cup
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
24cm fry pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Pour batter
Place a tawa on stove
Heat it for 5 mins
Close the lid hole
Cook it on medium flame for 12-15 mins
Let it cool down
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Let it boil
Nuts 1 tbsp
Saffron pinch of
Keep stirring
Collect malai from the side
Cook until reduce into half
Let the malai cool down
Prick the cake
Remove the baking paper
Pour malai
nuts on top

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
