A Q&A with Dr. Erica Ollmann Saphire
In December of 2017, Dr. Erica Ollmann Saphire, director of the Viral Hemorrhagic Fever Immunotherapeutic Consortium and a professor at The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, Calif., gave the annual Joseph J. Kinyoun Lecture at the National Institutes of Health, on “Antibodies Against Ebola and Lassa: A Global Collaboration.” Afterward, Dr. Ollmann Saphire spoke with NIAID Now about her work in the lab and the purpose of the VIC.
