Princess Kate has an enviable glow and a very slender physique, no doubt due in part to her healthy daily diet. But what does the 40-year-old royal eat to keep her energy levels high while caring for her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, and regularly attending royal events? The Princess of Wales is known for her healthy lifestyle and love of sports, so we weren't surprised to learn that the Duchess also follows a healthy diet. From what we know of the Welsh family's daily diet, it follows that they prefer to eat a variety and flavorful food, with Kate often cooking at home herself. The Duchess likes to involve her children in the cooking process, such as making pasta or pizza together, but husband Prince William doesn't seem to like cooking much! The mother of three, like her sister-in-law Meghan Markle, is a big fan of breakfast smoothies. According to MailOnline, the princess mixes kale, spirulina (a type of seaweed), matcha (green tea leaves), spinach, romaine, cilantro (coriander leaves) and blueberries to make a healthy morning drink. During the royal tour of India, chef Raghu Deora, who was assigned to prepare food for the royal couple during their stay at the Taj Mahal Palace, said that Kate also likes to eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.
