Wrist Free & Hands Free Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga
If you want to flow and move, but need a break for your hands and wrists, this yoga class is perfect for you. It is a Hands Free & a Wrist Free class. If you practice a lot of vinyasa, oftentimes, chaturangas, down dogs and planks can exhaust your hands and wrists. Whether or not this is the case for you, or you have an injury you are dealing with, this yoga class will get you warm and energized without putting pressure on your wrists and hands. Postures include chairs, warriors, side angle, star, prayer squat, airplane, half moon, standing splits and MORE! This class moves you all around your mat in poses that challenge your strength and balance. Seated and reclined postures are also included toward the end of class. Enjoy!
