This is a great yoga class if you want to explore your yoga postures in connection to your breath. I take the time to guide you into Ujjayi Pranayama at the beginning of the class, so that the breathing practice can be practiced throughout the entirety of the class. Each posture is held for at least 3 - and up to 10 - breaths. This practice also provides a challenge without bearing weight on your hands. (No chaturangas or down dogs in this class). I offer guidance and alignment cues as well as silence so that you can listen to your own breath.
