Gluten Free Cookies:
- 3/4 cup vegan butter
- 1 + 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia mixed w 3 tbsp water)
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 + 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 50g dark choc
- 50g white choc
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Baked at 180 degrees celcius for 30-35 mins
Almonds:
- 1 + 1/2 cups almonds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
Baked for 15 mins at 180 degrees celcius
Cookie Frappe:
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tbsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 40g dark choc chips
- 1 cup soy milk
Blended till smooth
Quesadillas:
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- drizzle of olive oil
- 2 mini tortillas
- tomato paste (as desired)
- vegan cream cheese (as desired)
Falafel Balls:
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp herbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Baked for 45 mins at 180 degrees celcius
Avocado Toast:
- 1 piece of thick toast
- 1/2 an avocado
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- pinch of pink salt
- 1 cherry tomato
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- vegan cream cheese (as desired)
Popcorn:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
