crispy noodle sauce:
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
karaage cauliflower sauce:
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
crispy polenta:
- 1 cup polenta
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- pinch black pepper
- pinch salt
*bake for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees celsius*
rice paper bacon:

- 3/4 cup soaked and drained cashews
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp veggie stock powder
- 2 garlic cloves

*blended until smooth*
korma:
- 3 potatoes, chopped into small pieces
- 1 carrot, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 white onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 400ml coconut cream
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp curry powder
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp frozen corn
