WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK - VEGAN! (easy + delicious food) 🍕🥑

chickpea scramble:
1/2 can chickpeas (washed)
1/4 cup soy milk
salt, pepper, garlic powder, nooch (as desired)
olive oil to grease pan
banana bread:
3 bananas
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp apple sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup almond meal
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup soy milk
chopped walnuts and pecans
*mix all ingredients well, bake in a lined baking tin for 50 mins at 180 degrees celsius*
pancakes:
1/2 cup soy milk
juice of 1/4 lemon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp apple sauce
1 cup self-raising flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
*mix all ingredients together well and fry over heat, flipping once. makes 3 pancakes*
