peanut butter caramel bars:
- 400ml coconut cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (can sub. other nut butters)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 1 + 1/2 cups vegan choc chips (or dark choc. equivelant)
cookie dough protein balls:
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan choc chips
sesame garlic hummus:
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped and fried in sesame oil
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
