You never know what you will find metal detecting out in the woods. We were out behind a cellar hole at this 1700s and 1800s home site that was a farm way back. Detecting with the Teknetics G2+ he yells out " I found a body " so I go over to see what he dug up. Looks a porcelain doll from the 1800s ! wow that is a cool find for sure. We are out relic hunting and this is the place to do it, old foundation , rock walls, cellars and grown over fields.. If you want to find old stuff buried in the ground you have to find old places. New England has so much history to be found and that's what we do.
