We hiked ours to locate two 1700's cellar holes way out in the hills of NH to do some metal detecting.

We headed out on a long hike here in the hills of New Hampshire in search of two 1700's colonial homesites that are now cellar holes. The first one we located was way down in a swampy valley and we managed to find some great relics with our metal detectors.
We then hiked all the way up to the top of a small mountain to find a homesite that was a huge farm at one point in time with all kinds of rock walls and of course the cellar hole.
We found some large copper coins, buttons, thimbles and other relics on this day and best of all we enjoyed the adventure and friendship while metal detecting relic hunting.
