UBE CHEESE ROLLS
Ube (Purple Yam)

✔️Dough
1 large egg [60 grams]
3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
1 cup milk [240 ml]
1 tbsp liquid ube flavor [15 ml ]
3 cups bread flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
3 tbsp melted butter [45 ml] or veg. oil instead

✔️Filling
1 cup ube halaya [340 grams]
240 grams cheese ( size/weight of your choice)

✔️Topping
1/3 cup butter [80 grams]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
1/4 cup milk powder [30 grams]

*milk wash (1 tbsp milk powder dilluted in water)
substitute: any liquid full cream milk or beaten egg.
