Matcha Soft Cookies
✔️Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter (115g)
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 whole egg (large)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (270g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 tbsp milk powder (8g)
1 tbsp matcha powder (9g) [may add mount if preferred stronger flavor]
1 cup chopepd white chocolate (170g)
1 cup pecan nuts (optional) (100g)
•Recipe Yield: 12 pieces cookies (approx. weight of 80-90 grams including the choco chips & nuts)
