Attorney General Advices Timeshare Owners to Retain an Attorney

Diamond Resorts, Bluegreen, Wyndham, Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, all developers should welcome our efforts to warn those considering a timeshare purchase, that you cannot rely on oral representations.

Any complaint that begins with, "The sales agent said...." is likely to be dismissed.
