The European Union has stepped up protection to prevent consumers from being sold a timeshare on the same day.

Keith Dewhurst, Director of Timeshare Consumer Association, founded in 1997 by Sandy Grey, talks about how the European prohibition of having money change hands within 14 days of signing a timeshare contract has affected the industry.

Keith also discusses the similarities and differences between North America and Europe's timeshare industry. Author Wayne Robinson joins us from Malaysia!
