//LOW CARB CHICKEN PARMESAN OVER EDAMAME SPAGHETTI RECIPE\\
You will need: (Please note that this is for 2 large chicken breast) serves 4!
- Chicken Breast
- Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, chicken OR Italian seasonings)
- 2 Eggs
- Splash of heavy whipping cream
- Almond Flour (You can use coconut flour or pork grinds) *VERY IMPORTANT, THIS IS WHAT MAKES IT LOW CARB*
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Low carb Pasta/Red sauce
- Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Edamame noodles (Please see link above to purchase from amazon!)

1. Cut chicken breast in half to make them thin.
2. Season chicken to your liking
3. Mix together 1 cup parmesan cheese + 1 cup Almond flour (add seasonings to this)
4. Mix together 2 eggs and whipping cream
5. Heat about 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
6. Coat chicken in egg wash and almond flour/parmesan mix
7. Fry chicken breast in hot olive oil on both sides until golden brown. (4 mins each side)
8. Boil your edamame noodles
9. Once chicken is golden brown, top with pasta sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese
10. Throw them in the oven OR airfryer (airfryer is the best way) for about 6-10 mins! (or until cheese melts nicely)
11. Once noodles and chicken are done, ENJOY!
