ABOUT THIS VIDEO
In this video we give you the best rotator cuff exercises to get strong and stable shoulders. We cover dynamic exercises to really strengthen the shoulders AND stretches to get a flexible and more mobile shoulder joint. We recommend to do these exercise at least once a week, but it would be better to do them twice a week, or even during your warming uo routine like we are doing before every workout.
