Tres Leches Cake

This homemade Tres Leches Cake. A light cake soaked in a sweet milk mixture and topped with fresh whipped cream. This simple Mexican dessert is one of my favorites!

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE SPONGE

* 180g All-purpose Flour
* 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 5 Eggs, divided
* 200g Granulated Sugar
* 75ml Milk
* 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

FOR THE MILK FILLING :

* 250ml Milk
* 340g Evaporated Milk
* 396g Condensed Milk

FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING:

* 500ml Double Cream
* 3 tbsp Icing Sugar
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract

I recommend a 12 x 8 inch rectangular baking dish.
