Tres Leches (My Version) - mysweetambitions

Hi guys today I will be sharing my version of Tres Leche

FOr the cake
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cp water
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp lemon zest
6 eggyolk
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup cake flour
1 tsp vanilla
6 egg white
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
6 egg white

For the milk mixture
1 can 395 g condensed milk
1 can 375 ml evap milk
1/3 cup whipping cream

For the Whipping Cream
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Optional
dulche de leche
flaked almond
