Milk Tea Dream Cake MSA Way - mysweetambitions

Hi guys today I will be sharing my own way of making Milk Tea cake

For the custard
2 cups fresh milk
1/2 cup cream
5 bags tea ( I used Lipton Black Tea)
1/3 cup + 2tbsp sugar
3 tbsp corn starch or corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggyolks
1 1/2 tbsp of butter

For the Cake
1 1/4 cup cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggyolk
6 tbsp fresh milk
3 bags of tea( Lipton Black tea)
1/4 cup oil
6 tbsp sugar

Meringue
6 tbsp sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

For the Cheesecake filling
1 cup cream
250 g cream cheese
1 cup sifted icing sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla

Pearl
1 cup tapioca pearl
2 tbsp brown sugar

For the gelatin
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp gelatine powder
