Pistachio Milk Cake| Pistachio Tresleches cake| Tree leches cake
A super soft and light and pistachio sponge cake soaked in pistachio flavoured milk and topped with whipped cream. A must try for all the cake lovers out there. Do try , would love to hear your feedback ☺️.
Ingredients:
Pistachio sponge cake
All purpose flour/ Plain flour-3/4 cup (100g)
Unsalted pistachio-1/4 cup (35 g)Powder it with one teaspoon sugar.
Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
Egg-4 ( Large eggs at room temperature)
salt-1/4 teaspoon
Sugar -1/2 cup ( 100 g)
vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Milk sauce:
Condensed milk-1/2 cup (120 ml)
Evaporated milk-1 cup (250 ml)
Whipping cream or full fat milk-1/4 cup(60 ml)
Topping:
Whipping cream-1 cup
Baking:
Pan size:7X7 INCHES
Baking time:
Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes. Bake the cake at 180c for 30 minutes.

Note:
1.Ribbon consistency is a term used to describe how well the egg sugar are beaten together.
At the ribbon stage , When you lift the whisk form the mixture, a ribbon of the egg mixture will fall slowly and disappear into the mixture.
