Rehab Your Back Pain with the Floating Deadlift

Are you experiencing back pain? You may want to try the floating deadlift?

Perform a strict deadlift, then perform 2-3 reps like an RDL (except let your knees go forward). Pause in the bottom. For the last rep, take it all the way to the floor with perfect form (lumbar extension).

Cap the pain at 3/10.
