韩式辣炒肉片 Korean Spicy Stir Fry Pork

Korean Spicy Stir Fry Pork (Jaeyuk Bokkeum) is a popular Korean dish made with spicy marinated pork stir-fried with various ingredients such as onions, green onions, or peppers. The pork is typically thinly sliced and marinated in a spicy sauce containing ingredients like gochujang (Korean red chili pepper paste), soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar. It is then stir-fried until cooked and caramelized, resulting in a flavorful and spicy dish. This dish goes perfectly with steamed rice, veggies, or your favorite sides. It's also delicious when wrapped in lettuce.

Recipe for 4 pax:
Spicy Sauce:
Gochujang 韩式辣椒酱 – 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 黄糖 – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽  – 1 tbsp
Minced garlic 蒜米 – 2 cloves
salt盐  – ¼ tsp
Sesame oil 麻油 – 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 米醋 – 1 tbsp
Korean pear juice韩国梨汁 – 150ml

Ingredients:
Pork collar slices 猪颈肉片 – 400g
Slice yellow onion洋葱切片– 1 pc
Green onion 青葱– 2 stalks
Oil 油 – 1 tbsp
Toasted sesame seed 芝麻 – ½ tbsp
