30 min. STRENGTH Kettlebell Upper Body Workout | Target Chest, Back, Shoulder, Arms

This FOLLOW ALONG KETTLEBELL WORKOUT is made up of 2 x blocks of 4 exercises, and 1 x block of 3 exercises. Each exercise for 35 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Block 1: Chest Torture
1. One side elevated push ups (L)
2. One arm decline fly (L)
3. One side elevated push ups (R)
4. One arm decline fly (R)

Block 2: Back Torture
1. Slow kettlebell one arm bent over rows (L)
2. Kettlebell one arm pullover (L)
3. Slow kettlebell one arm bent over rows (R)
4. Kettlebell one arm pullover (R)

Block 3: Triceps / Biceps / Shoulders
1. Kettlebell seated overhead extensions
2. Kettlebell seated biceps curls
3. Kettlebell seated upright rows
