Hey friends!
Join me for a gentle 15 min yoga for Knee Pain Relief. These gentle yoga exercises will help with relieving knee pain/aches. I encourage you to please listen to your body throughout the practice, if a certain exercise feels too intense, please modify or skip it to avoid further injury. I also greatly encourage you to see a physician before practicing yoga or engaging in any physical exercise if you have knee injuries. Lastly, I invite you to please listen to your breath throughout this practice as it will help you to get deeper into each pose, and help you to breathe through any tightness and discomfort.
