In 1963 Frank Sinatra released an agressive project that featured the scores of 4 classic Broadway shows with all-star pop 'casts.' When the set finally was scheduled for CD release in 2000, this promo video was made to promote the 4-CD rebirth of the classic recordings. Here then new footage of Phyllis McGuire (of The McGuire Sisters), Debbie Reynolds and Nancy Sinatra is incorporated with archival footage of Frank Sinatra and music selections by Jo Stafford, Sammy Davis, Jr, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Dinah Shore, Keely Smith and others who were featured in the pop cast recordings of Guys and Dolls, Finian's Rainbow, South Pacific and Kiss Me Kate.
