WEEK 5/12 TRANSFORMATION | Dropping Weight Like it is NOTHING | Summer Shredding 2017

Broke the plateau now i am getting shredded! :D
I hit a plateau for the last 2weeks so i decided to implement some cardio, 20min to be exact. And it helped!
Doing cardio after my weightlifting boost the fat lose by a lot. I can keep my calories high and still enjoy tasty meals. Try and do more cardio and keeping the calories higher this cut. Last cut i dropped my calories to 1500 at the lowest and did a lot of cardio. That was because i started my cut on really low calories and my body got used to it. Now i started high and slowly decreasing them, that i working so far and still having a lot calories to play around with!
Dropped exactly 1.1kg this week, my goal is to lose 1kg every week untill the end. I need to weigh around 80kg at the end of this cut because around that weight i know i am really shredded and on a low bodyfat percentage. I have some work a head of me so i need to work my ass off and be on point with the diet and cardio.
