The Big 3 (2) | Slowly but Surely Getting Stronger | Powerlifting Workout, Bad week!

This will be the weekly progress video, short but effective. My goal for this week was to hit on all the 3 lifts, 3sets of 5reps even tho this week could be better i hit all my reps and sets.
I started my bulk with 5sets of 5 reps. Then i increased the weight and dropped the reps, so i did 5sets of 3 reps. After two weeks i increased the reps and decreased the sets, 3 sets of 3 reps. And every two weeks i will change (increase) the weight and or reps..
Lifts:
Deadlift | 140kg / 3sets - 5reps
Benchpress | 100kg / 3sets - 5reps
Squat | 140kg / 3 sets - 5reps
Slowly but surely getting stronger, really excited for the coming weeks the strenght is coming back :D
