The end is here!
I have one more week and then it's all over :D 90days of dieting, 90days of being on point and putting love into this to reach my goal. My biggest goal was to hit 80kg and i can tell you already i have done it ;) In this transformation week, i started doing depletion. That is the mean reason why i dropped a ton of weight. Lowering my carbs helped me a lot to lose weight and to get dryer.. Now i am carbing up to look fuller and harder, and to bring my best package on the table..
This was a hell of a journey and i can tell you this i not the end, this i just the begining!!
Still gonna continue cutting, slowly increase my calories and enjoying my life. I will go on a holiday so no big cheatdays or massive increase in calories. I want to be some what lean for the beach :P ahha
