Ingredients:
3 ounces (85 g) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup (8 fl. oz / 235 ml) boiling water
2 1/2 cups (10 5/8 oz / 300 g) cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (4 oz / 113 g) butter, softened
1 1/2 cups (10 1/2 oz / 298 g) sugar
3 eggs, separated and at room temperature
1 cup (8 oz / 227 g) sour cream or yogurt, room temperature
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup (3 1/2 oz / 100 g) sugar
