1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 - 1 1/2 cups warm water

1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing pan)

Garlic oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, or the herb of your choice
Coarse salt
