Maine apni client ke liye yeh steps apply kiye (aur aap bhi kar sakte ho):
✅ Unko kaha minimum 2-2.5 litre paani peena aur zyada chai ke badle herbal tea lena shuru kare.
➤ Dal, paneer, eggs, curd, nuts, seeds ko daily meals mein add kiya.
➤ Proper colourful vegetables, fruits aur whole grains shamil kiye.
➤ Healthy fats start kiye: ghee, nuts, seeds, avocado.
✅ Din ki shuruaat protein-rich breakfast se karna shuru kiya.
✅ Sleep ritual banayi: Bedtime se 1 ghanta pehle screen detox start kiya. Magnesium-rich foods add kiya for better sleep.
✅ Unki Iron aur Vit D rich foods ko include kiya aur testing ke baad Iron, B12, D3 supplements start kiye for deficiencies.
✅ Simple 10-20 minute daily movement + 5 minute deep breathing ko daily routine ka hissa banaya for stress reduce karne ke liye.
💛 Burnout ka intezaar mat karo. Root cause aaj hi fix karo.
