Ingredients :
a.pumpkin dough:
100g cake flour
15g Caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon instant yeast (1g)
0.5g Salt
60-70g pumpkin puree

b.White dough
200g cake flour
25g Caster sugar
1/3 teaspoon instant yeast (1.5g)
0.6g Salt
100g water

c.Custard Filling 320g
