1. Approved Baguio Visita QR-coded Tourist Pass (QTP) and confirmed schedule.
2. Valid ID. Government-issued.
3. Vaccination Certificate or Card.
4. Proof of accommodation. Make sure to book an LGU-registered accommodation https://visita.baguio.gov.ph/accommodations.
5. Triage upon arrival. You need to proceed to the central triage area either at Baguio Convention Center or Camp John Hay when you arrive. The only exception is if you book a hotel or accommodation that has its own triage area.
