Life Lately of a BS REM Student and Performing Under Pressure

It has been a month since I became a working student. My classes started last August 27, 2021, and in this video, I will be sharing with you some snippets of how my life is so far as a student. And to make your time in watching this video worthwhile, I’ll also share some learnings that I got from the book: Performing Under Pressure by Hendrie Weisinger & J.P. Pawliw-Fry. Pressure can reduce our ability to perform and it can also affect our memory. So in order to improve our performance under pressure, we need to develop Confidence, Optimism, Tenacity, and Enthusiasm "COTE" attributes.
