WORKOUT:

Supersets: Goblet Squats / Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 12 reps - 2 sets
Bridges / 20 reps - 3 sets
Supersets: Sumo Squats / Donkey Kick Backs (each leg): 12 reps - 3 sets
Split squats / 12 reps each legs - 4 sets
Reverse Lunges / 12 reps - 3 sets
