Circuit 1:

Narrow To Wide Jumping Squats - 1 set 20 reps
Dumbell Front Squats - 1 set 20 reps
Alternating Single Leg Bridge - 1 set 20 reps

Circuit 2:

Alternating Jumping Lunges - 1 set 12 reps
Lying Leg Abductions - 1 set 15 reps each side
Curtsy lunge - 1 set 15 reps each side

Circuit 3:

Narrow To Wide Jumping Squats - 1 set 20 reps
Dumbell Front Squats - 1 set 20 reps
